Stupid thing to say. Many believed he would beat floyd pull up them old posts with them polls. he ruled 140 for years beat some real good fighters. He lost to the two best fighters of his era then people brand him as a bum.

I'm not concerned w/ old posts. Anyone who thought Hatton would win was crazy. He did rule the division but who did he really fight? Pep, Pendleton, Oliveira, Stewart, Tszyu, Collazo, Urango, & Castillo are the best names on his resume outside of Floyd & Pac. Pendleton was old, so were Tszyu & Castillo. I guess you could count Paulie too.

I think as mentioned, his lifestyle would have caught up with him and contributed to him losing his crown moreso than anything else.

However, with the 140 lb fighters behaving the way they are, I don't think he would have really fought any of them yet. The 140 guys have been the anti-Leonard/Duran/Hagler/Hearns lately.

Prime Hatton Beats Alexander,Bradley,Khan,Ortiz,Judah,Maidina,Marquez, And Urango & Mallanaggi(Both Of Whom He Did Beat) He always Losses To Pac But Prime Hatton Before His Loss To Mayweather And Still With Graham In His Corner Takes Pac 8-10 Rounds In a Brutal War But Whould Always Lose by TKO Or KO As Hatton Has Poor Defense Mixed With Pac's Crazy Power , Hatton's Best Wins Where Castillo,Tszyu.

Hatton Of Now Going On How He Looked Against Lazcano and Pac And With Over A Year Outta of The Ring Losses To Khan,Bradley,Alexander He Might Still Have A Shot Against The Likes Of Ortiz,Maidina,Judah,Urango 2 But I Dont Think Hatton Will Fight Again.

Just depends who he fought. He would stop Khan, have a tough fight with Bradley, etc.. If he avoided Floyd and Pacquiao he very well might still have the title. After Floyd cracked his chin, however, we saw him get wobbled by Lazcano dangerously and then brutally stretched out by Pacquiao. Pre-Mayweather he could have gone on collecting meaningless wins in Europe, absolutely. People forget what a tough fighter Hatton was at his peak. At the time MANY people were backing him to even beat Floyd. Now he's a punchline in a lot of threads.
