In all seriousness i think they've adapted Mourinho's ''colour box'' system in which he would call out colors during game and players would know right away what to do. eg. ''grey box'' would mean say aggressive pressure inside opposition half. It's very smart idea although in boxing only one man is getting in that ring but psychology is major part of this sport nowadays. They are the new breed of fighter and trainer and if it works for them then it's great, I think a camp needs to all be on same wavelength and there as organized a camp as your gonna get in boxing.
