Fury is the only guy who has the toolset to beat Tyson.

    Yes, I said it.

What people need to remember about tyson was his schedule when thinking about the guys extending him the 12 rounds. I think he fought frazier knocked him out something like 20 days later he next fought a decent name. Thats incredible. When you consider wlads fights your talking about months break between fights or something like that. Give tyson the six months of break free training before wlad then you,d see a big difference. Think tyson fought tillis then another decent name with another 20 day break both took him the distance...but i bet that would change with the right break between fights. They we,re burning tyson out by getting him out at every oppertunity.

Although i will agree the only thing that would beat tyson would be the sheer size of klitchko who had a good strategy for beating smaller fighters. But lets be honest klitchko was scared to engage most of the time. Now put him in with tyson...he mentally burns out for me. Too slow to stop the combinations. Hardly anyone even knows how to throw combinations nowadays. They had tyson doing them off reflexes the way they we,re training him. They try to hit klitchko with one punch. Tyson would be coming in with 2 or 3 or maybe even more. His one two hit at a fraction of a second. Look at him on the heavy bag. They actually trained to make it sound like one punch. Thats what they we,re aiming for. The one two was hitting quicker than most peoples one. His punches sound different to anyone thats came since.

He was also a smart puncher. I dont think people got that with tyson....he knew how to sneak a shot in.

Also larry holmes although we all knew he was past his sell by date. But larry tried to grab tyson. He was a strong boy larry. Admittedly not as big tall or strong as klitchko...but if you watch the fight back he tries to diffuse tyson with grabbing. Didnt matter...they shots we,re flying in most of them unseen from holmes. Same would happen with klitchko imo.

I'm sorry but the Wlad/Joshua fight pisses all over the Tyson/Holmes bout, are you for real?

Would have wiped out the division comfortably this time as well and would comfortably have been richer than Floyd for sure.

Tyson said his dream p4p fight would be to fight Floyd who he admitted would have beaten him style wise not size wise. Which fight would Tyson have now that would make more money than the Pac v Maywather fight? A heavyweight Conner McGreggor?! Even thinking Floyd is a better fighter than Tyson doesn`t stop me from thinking a Tyson v a heavyweight Conner wouldn`t provide a better press conference than any of the clashes on stage that Conner and Floyd have had.

Fury`s height and reach may have been too much for Mike but Joshua has a better punches chance and that may have made Mike hesitate while fighting him, I feel iron Mike could take Fury`s punches pretty well and I don`t think Fury would go on the attack anyway, that would throw away his reach advantage.

Holmes was scared of Tyson, Joshua threw good hook-right combo`s that worked against Wlad a few times so Tyson combo`s could have been really effective, also AJ`S combo punching to finish Wlad of was something he works on in training check the Barry Robinson vid that proves AJ is a very good combo puncher.

Tyson had a better and more proven chin than Joshua.

If anyone's getting rocked, its Joshua, not Tyson. And unlike Klitscko, Tyson will proceed with the kill.

Tyson handled Bruno with ease (twice) Bruno was 6'3 with an 82 inch reach.
Joshua is 6'6 with an 82 inch reach.

Tyson would have no problem reaching Joshuas chin, a lot of the bigger guys he fought were 6'6, 6'5.

Tysons whole style was based on beating guys just like Joshua.

Wlad tried to finish AJ but he blocked 6 hooks while he was hurt, I would like to see Bruno try that! AJ would throw more combo`s against Tyson than other big heavies Tyson met plus they would be quality fast combo`s Bruno only threw one or two punches at a time and pawed with the jab.

I think Joshua is just too big for Tyson. P4P prime Tyson is better in almost everything, he's quicker, better defence, throws better and quicker combinations etc. However, Joshua is a genuine 6 foot 6 six unit with quick and heavy hands. It's too much of a physical gap to overcome even for an elite 5 foot 10 assassin like Tyson. AJ will take the single shots of Tyson - he needs to be hit with 2-3 punches to have an effect and I don't think Tyson can land the combinations he needs to take AJ out.

The shot that Wlad knocked AJ to the canvas was an absolute monster of a punch, a bigger single shot that Tyson is capable of. AJ got up from that shot so his recovery powers are pretty good. However, in my mind, Klitschko let Joshua off the hook but Iron Mike would never be in that position. It would be a trail by fire but I think AJ stops Tyson late rounds.

Fury is such a tall and mobile fighter he would give Tyson a lot of problems. That's the way it is. Tyson is 5' 10'' and Fury probably 6' 8'', nearly a foot of difference.

it should be a different weight class.
