Truth be told, because of the power I think GGG will win, but won't be surprised if he doesn't. It's going to be a sad day for GGG fans if he fails at this task. The one thing I don't want to hear, although I know I will, are excuses.

Ha ha you mustn't have seen the pics of Lemieux cowering in the corner with GGG turning round and looking at the ref as if to say " why you stopping the fight"lol?

Yeah it's so obvious the guy trains with cruiser weights who have to spar with him with full body and head gear on 30% sounds about right to me,we've not seen GGG at his best yet.

Well the clock is ticking for him. At what point in his career is he going to show us this? If he challenges himself, he wouldn't have to carry a fight the best of him will be enough to do so.

Sorry but impossible. For me it sounds like Molina to beat AJ.

Yet he won't move up in weight to fight bigger fighters, but jumps at the chance to fight blown up welter weights.

Can't see Jacobs doing much. Brook put up a better fight than Jacobs will.

Put if he does, people who hate GGG's skin colour will have an absolute field day

If he losses his skin color has nothing to do with it. The better man on that night would be the reason.

His legion of haters? Fans just don't want to give him a pass until he does something to earn it. GGG is 35yrs old, yet he has never fought a ATG or never been in one super fight throughout his career. That's a problem for a die hard boxing fan. Should he retire tomorrow, other than a high KO ratio and a streak of wins, who has he really fought to make you remember him long after he's gone. Will his legacy be worth talking about. His color has nothing to do with it. Those stripes need to be earned, and if he can't get them at MW it's up to him to seek them at a higher weight. NO EXCEPTIONS. If his color does play a part, it's only because all of the above is being ignored, and he's getting a pass because of his color.

Nonsense. The same people who hate on him are the same people who give Wilder a pass because they approve of his skin colour. If Golovkin had the EXACT same career and was African American, they'd be swinging of his sack.

Please tell me who these killers Macklin, Murray, Proksa, Lemieux and Stevens have beaten?

Danny Geales is the only legit guy of the lot at least he has good wins.

CEJ is fighting the guys that sparked Geales lights out in less than 2 rounds.

One thing I cannot see is why you guys rate Canelo so highly. What has he really done....
He got totally embarrassed by Mayweather & made to look lead footed.
A good case could be made that both Lara & Austin Trout actually beat him but got Vegas decisions
Yeah he KO'd Khan but was being outboxed up till the one punch KO. He beat Kirkland LOL Why do ypu think Pretty in Pink Cotto wants a shot at Kirklands glass jaw LOL
Gennady would spank him like a red headed stepchild if only Fishnets would let him fight
