How are those wins not impressive considering Jones will be a HUGE underdog in BOTH fights?
Jones isn't just shot he's BELOW that, all Jones has right now is good speed(still nothing as before either) and power. He lacks the stamina, movement and activity to trouble and confuse Calzaghe who obviously has far more stamina, speed, chin and decent power. I assure you by the 3rd or 4th Roy will be on the ropes trying to skip a few rounds, insanely inactive and just try to get rounds going with a few not enough activity here and there all the way to a clear UD loss. If he handles Calzaghe and beats him by decision or even KO then that would be HUGE considering he beat the #2 P4P being totally past it, that would be a HUGE win on his record. Then comes the Peter fight, a heavyweight who struggled with a shot Toney in the first fight then came in better shape in the rematch and totally destroyed him fighting Roy Jones this time who is also beyond shot but still lacks some abilities compared to Toney, as a shot fighter that is. Jones won't be able to take Peter's shots and if he runs out of gas as a Light Heavy what do you think would happen at Heavyweight?, he might have more power but the obviously he'll be slower and his stamina will get even worse. Jones WILL go to the ropes whether he likes it or not and you saw what happened to Toney when he went to the ropes against Peter, he ate some bombs that forced him to take it to the middle of the ring, only difference is that Toney can take those shots, Roy WON'T be able and will most likely be stopped the first or second time he goes to the ropes and takes bombs in between his gloves or even ones on the gloves, Peter is a vicious puncher whether you want to accept it or not and he's a vicious puncher for the average heavyweight, let alone a former Middleweight. Yes I know Toney was able to take them, that's a supernatural ability Toney has which Jones doesn't, like the supernatural abilities Jones had in his prime that Toney obviously lacked so there's nothing Jones has to make up for those shots if he signs this fight whether he beats Calzaghe or not. If he DOES manage to take Peter all the way to a UD and handle some of these bombs which he will have to eat sooner or later during the fight then that's INSANELY impressive considering he's older than what Toney was when he fought Peter and failed twice.

There my balls put on the line, show me if you can do the same. :good

#15, something like that - assuming that Calzaghe hasn't slipped, assuming that Jones beats him fair and square. This wold move him above guys like Whitaker, Louis, Gans on my list.

I think Jones has a great chance against Calzaghe, but I think Peter will win against Jones. But if he did beat Pater and revenge his loss against Johnson I will say top 10 without a doubt.

More speed than Roy? Calzaghe has decent power? This not an obvious statement because he doesn't have more speed than Roy and has below average power.

    Top 10.

I don't think Jones would avoid getting starched in his prime against Samuel Peter at Heavyweight.
