There is no interest in Wlad vs Haye. Even though Wlad has aged since, so has Haye, someone who wins every round of a 12 round fight against you, in a boring fashion means its not going to be different the second time.

Haye would try to go after Wilder- but Wilder will avoid him like the plague. Haye would counter Wilder and stop him inside 3 rounds.

He didn't have it in his prime never mind now. The fella was absolute class, he had all the talent and tools. I just don't believe he had that genuine hunger hence. Retiring in his prime shows that.

I'm not knocking Haye for that by the way. I think he comes across as a pretty decent fella. He's got business aspirations outside the ring and that is rightly his focus. He won't want to take 12 weeks away from his business to participate in intense training camps.

His aim is to spark Bellew out and be remembered for that much in the same way Froch wanted to be remembered (and defined) for sparking out Groves.

 

Haye wants Joshua in wembley and the 10 million + payday that goes with it. It's all he has talked about since coming back, hasn't mentioned any other names. Bellew is a bonus big payday that Tony created for him.

Haye will be shitting Joshua loses to Wlad because Wlad won't rematch Haye until Haye is mandatory which will be never.

 

I agree that he'd take a big payday against Joshua in a heartbeat, but I think he realises that Hearn will put several fighters in front of Joshua before he can get to him and he knows it. I personally believe he resents having to fight Bellew.

 

Haye will get 5million + probably for a few rounds v Bellew. It's a gift from God, I doubt he resents it. He may be a little embarrassed as it won't do his reputation any good.

Although it will give him leverage to call out Joshua in his 'war' against matchroom. The beauty of going to war with matchroom is you get very well paid. Which is exactly Hayes reasoning for this 'war'.

 

There's no way Haye is getting 5 million or anything close to that for this fight, how many buys do you think this is going to do? That's double what Brook got for Golovkin, this won't sell more than that.

Totally agree. He'll have to get lucky, very lucky, with one near perfect shot. I don't see him getting more than two or three opportunities to get very lucky in that regard, if he even gets any.

 

I dont know about that. haye still pulls huge numbers of casuals imo. Throw in a manufactured domestic beef and the fact the heavies always sell I think this doubles brook ggg.
