I strongly believe he is taking performance enhancing drugs, but he is not the only one, I believe a fair amount of boxers do. The current testing is just simply not adequate. I could beat the tests and I know next to nothing about a steroid cycles. Until testing is improved there is not much you can do, Mayweather could be at it for all I know.

Well honestly,a guy I worked with pointed it out to me after the 3rd fight Morales.He said he found it strange that Morales said he never felt power like that,despite having fought him twice before.So from then on I have wondered but I only truely believed it when he refused random testing.
