beating a lightweight when your a welterweight means nothing. Just like if pavlik fights mayweather at middleweight and knock his azz out. He wont get much credit for fighting a smaller fighter:lol:

yes il give him credit but that doesnt mean mayweather going to become all of a sudden pound for pound #1.if he wins i would like him to fight paquiao or mosley or cotto then il be satisfied :)

That is what Floyd wants you to believe but this fight is a huge mismatch and it will show on the night of the fight. Gatti vs Mayweather part 2 Im sorry to say

Fight going the distance like a typical Mayweather fight.

Nah this is going the distance. A layoff + a more experience fighter than Gatti = a 12 rd cat and mouse fight. But forget that man who da hell is that on ur avi? She is looking like she wanna play da nasty nanny wit me :tong

I agree with this, Marquez is going to get thoroughly trounced and after the towel is thrown in Floyd is going to cry in the ring and act as if he's just beaten Muhammad Ali in his prime.

This fight is a ****ing Mismatch :admin

    lol :good

I hear what your saying but I can see Mayweather despite the lay off giving Marquez a thorough beatdown but if Marquez can actually make the rounds close we could see an upset.

This is why we love boxing, anything can happen

Boxing and women you cant beat that combination.

Right hand leads from a guy who fought his last 3+ yrs @ 47 against a guy who has fought religiously @ 30-32. Give me a break, if ur in the WW division, then please fight WW's. If not then leave. Again as I said earlier division hopping is so over-rated. Especially if you can pick from 5 different champions or so and win a belt from a paper champ and say that you won a belt in that division. To me unless you fight a unified champion in a division it should not count. That is so over-rated

I will not give him credit at all. The only reason he is fighting him is because he is smaller. That means he thinks he will beat him. What does it matter when it ends. If he beat Cotto inside of 6 or Margarito I would have given him credit. Marquez is too small.

If Marquez signed the for the fight at welterweight, then that makes him a WW. And there is no unified champion in the welterweight division anyway.
