I tell you guys what ... Margarito preparing for Cotto by sparring with Sebastian Lujuan was the best thing he couldve done. An exact carbon copy of Cotto ... a living, breathing, Cotto style fighting, punching bag.

Mayweather will come back and become the #1 contender by every sanctioning body and by the ring ... at whatever weight he fought at.

I'm sure that with a victory over anyone that Floyd would become the #1 p4p fighter again.

Floyd will be the mandotory your right and he will likely fight Berto the softest of the Champions simply becuase Berto has his WBC title and that will be the excuse you all use for him fighting Berto.

in order for Floyd to get that #1 P4P spot back he is going to have to look very impressive in there with a big name, right now that name is Margarito.

Berto will lose to Collazo in a couple of weeks ...

Floyd would fight Margarito for the welterweight title ... if he can beat Shane and Cotto for a second time ... along with those 2 victories will come a top 5 p4p ranking.

beating Margarito at that time would me that Floyd is not only the true welterweight champion for the 2nd time and an alphabet welterweight champion for the 3rd time, but yet again the p4p champion ...

and if Margarito and Floyd ever met ... then Floyd would definitely be criticized for fighting a bum who wasn't in his league, despite all of Margarito's recent accomplishments ... that leaves Floyd again, with no one to fight and no other challenges.

Your entire post here is just sad and pathetic, if you ask people today who the best of the champions at Welter Weight is they would all say Margarito, and if the fight did happen no Floyd would not be critisized for fighting a bum are you crazy?

The Margarito fans will have no choice but to give Floyd some props for taking this fight he has long avoided, even if he should "Dominate" Margarito the fans of Tony would have no choice but to respect that, even if he should get destroyed by Tony which is what it will be, Margarito fans will still have alot more respect for Floyd in giving this opportunity to Antonio.

This fight though in your little ****ed up fantasy land way of thinking is no easy fight for Mayweather its a fight that will test Floyd in every area there is to be tested from skills to heart and will, this is a fight that will bring out the best in both men, and damn it its time for you softies here to stop making excuses for Floyd to not fight this man and demand this fight.

Do you want to live out the rest of your days with out seeing Floyds talent pushed to the very limits?

Are you really content in what Floyd has done? Dont lie you know there is much more left in Mayweather and why would any of his fans not want to see their fighter tested on all levels in one fight knowing they have an opportunity to potentially see their man prevail????

The only people that dont want to see this fight or think that this is not a good fight, those people either

1 dont know a damn thing about boxing.

2 Dont want to see PBF hurt.

3 dont want to be proven wrong.

There is no reason this fight shouldnt happen! come back at me with a sound reason why this fight shouldnt happen, becuase all of this bickering BS back and forth about how many losses he has, and why he isnt fighting Paul Williams, none of that is a valid excuse for Floyd to not take this fight, come at me with something that is Valid.

You made all that **** up ... he's not the welterweight champion ... there hasn't been on since PBF.

All fighters have respect until they face Floyd ... once the fight is over and he has won ... that guy gets thrown under the bus and another pretender emerges from the woodworks.

A win over Cotto makes him the man? ... I doubt that ... he's on the verge of cleaning out the division but he won't because he's not the best welterweight out there.

Until he rematches Paul Williams he will forever be the #1 contender to the title ...

I respect your opinions but we've done this for over a year now...I doubt PBF would get "hurt" fighting Margo...

The only sound reason I can say which is valid right now for Floyd not fighting Margarito is that Margarito already has 2 fights ahead of him in Mosley and the Cotto rematch..IF HE WINS BOTH THOSE FIGHTS and Floyd doesn't have a fight scheduled with the PACQUIO HATTON WINNER than there should be no reason why Floyd and Tony fight shouldn't happen when both there schedules are open...Right now Margo isn't deserving..He's beat 1 good and maybe future HOF fighter in Cotto..if he batters Mosley and than beats Cotto again...than Floyd should come out of retirement and fight him...YES! AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCUSE FOR HIM NOT TO UNLESS HE ALREADY HAS AN ONGOING DEAL WITH THE PAC HATTON WINNER!

I answered your question honestly...So to you I ask what valid reason is there for Tony not to fight Williams after Mosley and the Cotto rematch??
