If McCall was handily winning McCall Lewis II

    So you don't know that McCall signed the Lewis #2 contract while still in a rehab institute ?


    To the subject : McCall could have destroyed Lewis again because he was both more durable and destructive than Mercer (see Fergusson and Lewis) , Rahman (see Maskaev) and Holyfield (see Lewis).
    McCall's worst scenario vs. Lewis was a points loss , his best was actually witnessed and could have been repeated much more easily than fools here think or admit.

    No idea.McCall had lost before,without having a total mental breakdown in the ring.He had also KO'd Lewis in the previous match.So there might have still been the hope of repeating it, in the back of his mind.

    At the time, almost everyone thought drug withdrawal symptoms were the major factor in triggering it.
