If Pac beats Floyd, then it's Pac beating Floyd GD Mayweather.

Roach does what he always does and tries to say a fighter has a certain weakness to him before they get him into the ring. It's mind games.Floyd plays them,Roach plays them on Manny's behalf since Manny isn't exactly a **** talker. Not a real big one at least.

I don't think for a second Floyd's legs are gone. Not what they were but that's like saying his defense isn't what it used to be. It's not a big deal if you rated his defense as Superior and now it's "only" excellent. I think if anything he was making a statement by standing up to Mosley and beating his face in.

pretty bipartisan for someone with the handle Pnoy fight fan.:good

you are right as well... he didn't exactly need to be on his toes and keep it moving against mosley. ... I'm sure roach's words about his legs not being like they were did not hurt his feelings or make him doubt himself and his ability.

people guage that shot that mosley gave him pretty highly... it was pretty much a big moment in the fight... but how often has manny been hit by his opponents hard and the fight sways in a different direction...notably marquez or morales...
it's almost the norm ..a back and forth beating... with floyd...people got excited that mosley landed "a" big flush punch on him which he quickly reassessed himself.

    On topic,

I don't really care if people give him props or not.

His win against Ledwaba was more than enough for me, as a fan.

That **** was legendary, in my eyes, back in 2001.

Everything after that was a bonus.

It has been a freaky, fun, last 10 years, as a fan of his.

I remember when I first saw him against Julio elcer on the tyson undercard, I was like "filipinos box"??!! Never heard of the guy but I knew he was crazy cause he had a smile when he was beating opponents down. Actually it was him biting down on his mouth guard.

He should get a ton of credit win or lose. He's done everything to make this fight happen. moved up weight, beat his opponents.

I do think however he's biting off more than he can chew. If he gets knocked out (which is possible), it will take away some luster. but it shouldn't. That's why they make weight divisions..

He's at least fighting 2 weight divisions above where he should be. He says he can't make 135. I call BS. He can cut weight, there's just no big money fights for him to do so.

Pac won't get any credit if he beats Mayweather. Not from the *****s. No way. He doesn't get credit for beating Barrera x 2, Marquez x2, Morales x2, Hatton, DLH, Cotto and Clottey.

Think about that. That list. He does not get CREDIT for that.

Floyd is just the latest rock all the roaches are hiding under. They will never come out into the light and get burned by the sunlight of the greatest fighter of our generation. They will simply find another rock to crawl under.

    - Paul Williams
    - James Kirkland
    - Timothy Bradley
    - Devon Alexander
    - insert favorite rising star here
    - Floyd's legs were shot
    - Manny had an advantage from years of juicing even if he didn't juice this time (Floyd Sr already says words to this effect)

Then they will flip the script and say that Manny's fans said Floyd was a blown up lightweight and can't claim this is any big win.

Julio was the first time I felt that he had arrived as boxer, internationally.

Tyson undercard? Wow. That's the pinnacle of any little boxer's career.

"THe whole friggin' world is watching!!! WOOOW"

BTW, He said he wont fight at 130 anymore, not 135.

It was an ODLH-Castillejo card. His fight was the main undercard, and the whole country tuned in to watch him, that Sunday, around lunchtime.

To me it felt like like taking a lamb to the slaughter. He was game, he was active, but he was also raw and unprepared.

I just hoped that even if he loses, at least he bust his opponent's face a bit and hurt him bad, before he gets KO'd himself.

Imagine my shock at around midway into the first round.

    "HOLY F**CKIN' **** I THINK WE GOT A CHANCE!"

****ing fight gives me goosebumps, remembering it.

A hell of lot of credit. Biggest win of his career. Biggest win in quite some time. This is the type of win that Pac could retire off of and not get any criticism.

Just saying.Huge Manny fan boy but I play Fight Night Round 4 with a created Mayweather character because it's so goddamn fun emulating his abilities to move, counter, and embarass.
