Is he right up there with the trio of Barrera, Morales and brother Juan Manuel, legacy wise?

Without doubt. It'd be an amazing win and arguably better than any of the other three's best wins. Rafa's already had a great career and he's been unfortunate that he's been just that little bit smaller than the above 3 and therefore sometimes lacks the attention. But he's had the fights with Vazquez and already goes down as one of the most memorable boxers of the past decade or so.

3 weight champion and all title wins coming against good opposition (if he pulls it off tonight)..he can't be that far off. He'd surely secure his place in the Hall of Fame :think

Who would you rank highest of them all?

If it wasn't for two sets of blind mice I'd rank JMM above both Barrera and Morales....

    That's a great point Ishy.

No picking the weakest champion for Rafa.

Is Lopez generally rated No.1 at FW, or is it Gamboa or John? Because if he is, that would mean Rafa beat the divisional No.1 in each of his title wins.

Going by the official results themselves (I tend to agree with you regarding at least one of the JMM-Pac scores), it would probably be Morales for me. Despite losing two out of three against Barrera, he holds a legit win over a pretty prime Pacquiao; that's a really big win in my book.

But its tight between them all. And tonight Rafael gatecrashes the party.:bbb

Ring have John at 1, Lopez at 2 and Gamboa at 3.

But John has being inactive for more than a year, has a fight coming up in December against an average opponent. JuanMa's one of my favourite fighters atm but I wouldn't mind Marquez winning tonight. He's a class act.

I put my whole 2750 vcash on Rafael.

Those odds of 10/3 were too good to pass up.

C'mon Rafael, lets get it done! War Marquez!!!!!!!

got a tenner on rafa in the 10th:yep 50/1

i think rafa's achievments surpass his bro's IF he wins 2night. its hard hard to seperate all 4 at the mo and u can make a case for all of them imo. marco just gets it for me tho
