    Im not that impressed by Broulliard, but Thil... Im glad you mentioned him. Thil was a hell of a fighter, and in my estimation was Frances best, he got murdered by the American press and his legacy has suffered to this day. Ive got everything that exists on him and I wish there was more. He was a joy to watch. Its strange that he was so reviled in America because he had a quintessential American style. I think he would have made both Cerdan and Carpentier quit.

    This was proven against who? Porky Flynn [kod 13 times] ??????.
    If its true, Joe Thomas must have had some chin ,going a total of 72 rds with Ketchel over 3 fights.Before being stopped in 2 rds afterwards,[ by tko].Thomas was a big welterweight.
