What you think holds water is a joke...you just said gettting hit with a "glancing blow" is not a reflection of ineffective defense, only misfortune...:rofl

How's that Sixth training camp going...???

It was from a glancing blow that happen to catch Vitali just above the eye on the brow bone. If that punch had landed flush instead, it would've been more powerful but it probably wouldn't have opened up such a severe cut.

    Those are the facts.

The fact is he got hit...if he would have blocked, there would be no cut.

It'a laughable that you even thought his comment was worth defending. Maybe he would have got cut, maybe not...but it was most certainly a "defense issue."

Stack it up to misfortune, and not a punch he should have blocked...

Vitali Klitschko is the biggest hypejob in history. He is known for his loss to 37 years old out of shape Lewis and his biggest win is against fat old journeyman Corrie Sanders and I thought Vitali looked terrible in that fight.

He lost this one due to an injury. What's wrong with it?

He flat out quit due to the exact sam injury that others like Holyfield etc have fought through.

The Vitalickers claim it was a worse injury, but he was throwing punches with that arm right up to the end of the fight.

Lewis won fair & square but chose to retire rather than fight Vitali again, for more money than Lewis had made in any previous fight. That speaks volumes to me.

Strange how Suge doesn't ride Lewis for that yet he rides Wlad for not assaulting Haye. Strange indeed.

I'm not a big Lewis fan, but he was **** in that fight...and would have permenantly retired VITKLIT if that fight had continued.

...that means you wouldn't have had these last FIVE training camps to get excited about, even though nothing happened.

That ref did you KLIT-ites a favor, by stretching out VItali's career by a few training camps.

If WLAD or VITKLIT stalked LEWIS on the street, and got up in his face like that you can damn bet I'd give him **** if he didn't do anything about it...but I think as classy as Lewis is, he wouldn't stand for it.

As a matter of fact, they do.

    Faruq Saleem is 37-0
    Maskaev is 34-6

    Who is better?

Solomon Haumono has a 100% KO percentage.
Wlad Klieschko has an 83% KO percentage.

    Who is better?

The glancing blow opened a small cut.

That small cut was made into a severe cut due to repeated blows landing on it.

Therefore, it's down to either Lennox's superior skill & accuracy or Vitali's bad defence. Take your pick.
