:nut You should... Try to get it and watch it all over again, this time being sober and w/o your xtreme manlove for Oscar, aka "The Fishnet Tranny Boy!"

Beat me to it ... Would do anything to see Sal Sanchez vs Gomez II AND DLH VS TRINIDAD II as well!!!

:rofl:yep.... It's a shame Oscar was always a savvy businessman... He defo knew better than give Trinidad a rematch!! He always ran from it even though he was given SEVERAL chances at it! He knew in a rematch Trinidad would've come even more confident (ala Garcīa vs Morales II but both in their primes) and this time it could have been a defining, career changing path for DLH... He knew it, SO should you!!!! :smooch

I know, I know, thank God Trinidad vs DLGaya was almost 13 yrs ago, back when judges' decisions did have a meaning:nut!?!

I wanted to see Trinidad beat DLHs face in at 154lbs. Tito got so much stronger at 154, and DLH lost just an little bit in the legs department at 154.

IMO DLH beats Tito at 147, Tito beats DLH in a war at 154.

I don't mean to hijack the thread, take my opinion with a grain of salt.

You're probably a troll, but DLH did seek a rematch with Trinidad after the first fight. Trinidad's people insisted it wouldn't be at 147, they wanted it at 154. So then they started talking about a catchweight, and made some progress, but ultimately both sides dug in 2 pounds apart. That was why an immediate rematch didn't happen.

Later on, after Oscar had moved up to 154, a rematch easily could have been made at any time between 2002 and 2007 if, you know, Trinidad wasn't still busy sulking from the Hopkins loss, and later claiming that he could never again get down to even 160, and also continuously demanding 50% also.

Guess you just don't want to accept that though. Trinidad's own father told him he needed a knockout to win going into the last round too. He clearly lost that fight, and any unbiased observer will agree.

They fought 3 times and neither the 2nd or 3rd fight were even close to the first and were one sided.

A split decision means one judge scored the fight for the loser. A majority decision means one judge scored it a draw. A spilt decision is a bigger gap them an MD.
