No doubt it was an accident..
But by seeing Holt's after celebration you would think he did it
    all aone without "HEAD".

    You're ridiculous," you know that?
The head butt set everything after, up.
I would not call this " was beat" by any means.
Look at it again. It was a vicious head butt, although unintentional, clearly enough to change the course of the fight.
In fact I'd go so far as to say that the head butt was the knockout punch. Everything after the head butt was what is known as " the finishing touch."

fantastic first round of boxing, but the headbutt clearly had a bearing on the outcome of the fight, yes it was a brutal right by holt and knock out torres, but the headbutt put torres off balance and set the right hand up, which is unfortunate for torres, but thats the sport

Need a see a slow-mo, but I think it's a definite headbutt but not an intentional one, and in fact you could even blame Torres for being so wild in trying to finish and not paying proper attention to what was his target.

Have to think they'll set up a rubber match.

I have my reservation about the unintentional headbutt. Holt is on the defensive and he will do anything to get some leverage. Holt actually ducked to avoid a punch and when he rose, surprise (actually he knew), Torres is right on target for his head.

Exactly, its was so clear (maybe not on the vids on here but on the live broadcast with replays)to see it effected him. Hopefully a 3rd fight happens.

Looks pretty clear that the headbutt had a big role.

But that is boxing. It's always been more than just a fistfight. A third fight will clear it up...

yet nobody says nothing about torres ripping into holt after he was already down ...

only difference is when holt got hit with a cheap shot he got back up ... torres didn't ...oh well

Headbutt KO. The right hand wasn't even a factor. Torres was out as soon as that headbutt landed on the point of the chin. At least from what I saw.
