Pacquiao is the draw so he still has other options. Mosley and Berto.

IMO he should just fight Berto at 147 to test his mettle at that weight. Then fight Mosley.

Fight Mosley at 144-145 for his title or fight Mayweather.

we can't blame pac and roach for believing they are at a disadvantage. Now, cotto is a megafight, which means if they turn this down, big mistake (like trying to fight at 140, no money!).

we can't blame cotto also for not putting it on the line,

he's like saying, beat me at 147 and you are rightfully the champ. Now this looks a good choice for (7 weight divisions, if he losses, welterweight is not your place), but, and i mean but, roach and pac seems serious about the weight disadvantage (so if you're likely to take a beating from a big man, i wouldn't want it either)

so i say, 145 with no title. (partially leveled fight, big money fight; there's no reason to turn this down other than tune-up fight then the winner of floyd-jmm)

Pac should tell Roach to shut the **** up firstly.

Then if he wants Cotto's belt he should allow Cotto to fight at the weights limit 147.

If he doesnt want the belt fight at 145 or go and fight somebody else.

The only problem with this is there is Shane Mosley waiting in the wings to come down to 140, and i actually think Pac would beat Mosley at this stage in Shane's career.

Except the record books that would read `Manny Pacquiao, 1st & only 7 weight world champion in history`

If he wins that is, Im still 50/50 on that.

You should have ticked the box that allows you to make an open poll (where everyone can see who voted for who/what)

    IF:

    - Cotto continues not to give something out on the table for a fight that will earn him the biggest paycheck.

    - Mosley who is touted as the better fighter (beat Cotto slayer Margo, Cotto coming off an unconvincing win over Clottey) is willing to almost give heaven and earth on Pac's favor.

Common sense dictates, Pac camp would have to choose C.

.... And Yeah, Roach should shut up.

if pac wants to brag about being a 7 division champ then he shud fight cotto at 147, if he just want a nice payday no 7th title then fight at 145 simple as that

Easy to say for you because you're not in his shoe? A little pointer, if you're the bigger draw of a fight you would naturally want to have the "better" end of the negotiation.

i think pac should fight cotto at 147. i think he will cruise cotto and stop him by about 6 rounds by a cut. win that title then go back to 140 which is your most comfortable weight. then if floyd or mosley or bradley/campbell want you... you fight at 140 because after u beat cotto pac is p4p no1, cash cow of the century and you got nothing left to prove to anyone. floyd doesnt want pac he couldve waited 1 day and he couldve fought pac if he really wanted. floyd is a fake.

titles are not the be all and end all. the only division where belts matter is in the heavyweight. FACT. look at some world champs like khan, erdei, santos. i mean there all no where near the best in there respected divisions

I would fight Wladmir Klitschko @ a catchweight of 154 lbs for the HW title
