FOTC Frazier! Too many unknowns about Ike Ibeabuchi. Ibeabuchi is just a fantasy, its about time to come to terms as he never existed.
Just curious: What exactly do you guys see Frazier going to Ike that Tua didn't? Do you see Frazier throwing more punches? Harder punches? Do you see Frazier taking Ike's punches as well as Tua did?
Frazier had the priceless asset of being able to reload and fire his hook incessantly,but he did not carry the same power as Tua . If Tua could not stop Ike , I don't see Frazier doing it.Joe was a grinder who did he actually spark out? Preying Mantis Bob Foster a stringbean lhvy, who else? Joe could beat Ike by decision, he had a terrific work rate,then again Ike had excellent stamina too. I see a hell of a fight taking place here.
Theres only one actual stat one has to look at here beyond SIZE and thats how many power punchers did Frazier beat( actual HW power punchers ) Frazier openly admitted not to fighting shavers because of how hard he hit.....you really think he would look forward to this fight? Take the foreman fight since thats the closest thing to Ike and Tua who is the closest thing to Frazier ( much more powerful /shorter compact left hook ) and who would win?Ike would be just another Foreman really and Frazier had no chance there,ike is also a bit more refined than Foreman was..... Frazier pummels Carnera but...... Ike walks through Frazier.
Ike via KO. Ike had a chin of iron ( tested by TUA ), the stamina to go 12 rounds at a fast pace, and the skills to track down an KO Byrd ( At his best ). Undefeated. Frazier does not match up here, and his one weapon, the left hook would not help him in a trading war vs Ike.
