not really, see cooper fight how he set the knockout with a jab, plus the first holyfield fight, even george foreman said "that left jab is been the most devastating thing in his life (holyfield)!!" :smoke

also when bowe obliterated jorge louis gonzales, you could see how well of a jab he had when he used it.gonzales was big and had a solid jab,but bowe just outjabed him with ease and brought pressure behind it.
tim whiterspoon had a good jab that gave larry holmes quite a problem, and he couldn't pressure gonzales with his jab, shows you how well of a jab bowe had

Bowe using this physical dimensions was more of an exception than the norm.

Regarding Cooper, Cooper beat the **** out of Bowe in the first round until he came to life. On another day, against another opponent, it could spell disaster.

Similar to Copper vs. Holyfield in the trouble he gave them. Cooper could really bang.

I think Ike did great against a prime Tua, but I have no answer for the objection that he traded too much & should have boxed more. That Tua was beatable that way.

Did Ike fight an imperfect strategy, though a tremendous effort & looked great, would he have been beeter served to win the war, keep his marbles, & win more easily if he did not trade so much in the pocket?

    Could he have done so?
