I'll be rooting for Green but it'll be in vain. Ward cannot loose in his own backyard. Only if you take Ward's most dangerous weapons away from him, that is, clinching and headbutting, can he be toppled. That's not going to happen in Ward's backyard. Really looking forward to see Ward away.

I everyone that that felt the same way I did on this situation had to log off then the only people here would be you and a few other Pavlik fans.

1. I know the whole fighter A,B and C bull**** means nothing but that's boo's mindset and the agenda behind the thread.

2. Green started looking at his feet before the Miranda fight. To quote the words of a fellow poster "He always looks at his feet because Emmit Linton stole his shoes. And no one judges him just on the Miranda fight(which is the only top 15 fighter he's fought) they also judge it on the McCrary fight, the Linton fight(which Linton won) and a handful of other fights against **** opponents where he's looked terrible. The guys made a career off the Codrinton KO.

3. Did you really just say that Allen Green has "a a great set of whiskers"???? That's like sayin George Chuvalo's chin is suspect.

I'm not sure what to make of Green.

He looked amazing in knocking out that kid from Brooklyn. That however was not an elite win.

The Miranda fight is somewhat clouded by the fact that Green had a large section of his colon removed. There is no denying that leading up to that he was impaired. The Miranda fight happened months before that surgery.

I'm really interested in seeing how he handles Ward, if at all. He has the power to knock Ward out and he's got a deadly left hook - something Kessler doesn't have much of. It'll be a good fight in my estimation.
