I'll be rooting for Allan Green!

After the fights he has avoided, Green has managed to land himself in the tourney? Will this be another 'mistake' for Saurland? I doubt it. Really hard to say since Green calls out good fighters and then doesn't take the fight. Ringside at a Bute fight, gets the fight and decides he wants Froch instead? Just too hard to take him seriously.

 

I see Ward outsmarting him and getting Green discouraged in order to stop him or take rounds by a storm. I'm not a fan of either but i have to go with Ward winning in this one. Green isn't mentally tough and that'll cost him the fight unless he uses the punher's chance theory.

Boo your better then this. This is a really sad attempt to wish ruin on the Super-six and at the same time push Pavlik as head and shoulders above the fighters in the super-six.

I was the FIRST Pavlik fan on ESB. I recall making threads about him after I saw him fight in Oklahoma about ten years ago, but many of the Youngtowns heros have turned my stomach when it comes to Pavlik. too wish ill of a fighter simply to promote another is sad. Why cant Pavlik just fight middleweights and prove his worth that way. Why is it a must for you guys to do this all the time.:huh

 

You know damned well Joe Calzaghe made it popular to insist that Kelly fight SMW's and that **** has never stopped. He has damn near been labeled a coward and a ducker for not being in the tourney when we all know that was put together behind closed doors and Kelly was never invited.

But I take Boo at his word on this one. You just happen to have a situation where all second round fights are guys that won going against guys that lost. (Green gets Taylor's loss). We already know that Boo doesn't like Ward, so ........ Dirrell has already started the ball in motion. Kessler beating Froch isn't too far fetched. All home fighters have won. That leaves Ward/Green and just about no one is giving Green a chance in this one.

 

I've missed Green's last couple fights. Did he get over his odd habit of looking at his feet?
