As much as I dislike Khan, I respect the hell out of him. For the last couple of years he's been in some incredible fights. People questioned his chin....he fought Maidana in a thriller. He then fought Judah coming off a solid win and Peterson in Peterson's back yard and followed up with Garcia.
Exactly. He faces the best, often in their backyards, even if you hate the guy you cant disrespect his ambition/heart.
It wasn't as simple as that, unfortunately. Remember Maidana wrote a letter to the WBA forcing the fight. Khan didn't have much choice if he wanted to stay champ.

Completely unnecessary. Prescott doesn't deserve it. Unnecessary risk, and impractical besides. Do we really expect to see Khan at welter? Crispy fried once again. It would be respectable. HIGHLY respectable...but also suicidal. He gets KTFO worse than ever before. No way he beats all four. He'd be a lock against Prescott if that somehow got put together (unless he got really stupid) and at best even money with Maidana at 147. Garcia probably repeats his feat. As previously stated, Khan will NOT rematch Garcia. He's going to shamelessly cruise away from Garcia as he did Prescott and hope for ******ed fans to say stuff like "What has Prescott done since he knocked Khan sparks out under a minute?" for him. Already he's open about planning to fight Ortiz, Lopez or Senchenko next.
