Genuine or just for the telecast he's beginning to give Vitali respect now & I admire that. It's great to see.

I think Lewis is seeing what Vitali's doing at 39 and admiring it because he knows first hand how it feels to get older and still perform as necesarry.

    :good

So you didn't like him because he didn't respect Vitali? I'm not sure that was the case but I guess he'll be happy to hear the news.

So how was his EPIX commentary? Any epic Lennox' lines? Anything close to "IT'S OUAAVAHHH!!!"

haha. Nice comeback really good. I'm ok but hopefully Lennox gets wind that you're beginning to like him so that he can finally sleep better.

I wasn't trying to twist anything just not sure what the relevance of your point was.

You hated the man based on your perception that he didn't respect Vitali. I didn't see that as the case, they always seem to speak well of each other in general.

You must be suffering from goldfish memory.

Let me remind you where it started:

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWKROioRYfQ&playnext=1&list=PL495A49E0F00EED73[/ame]

Yes Lewis was clearly very respectful wasn't he. I should like him shouldn't I? I mean he didn't talk degradingly about Vitali did he? No you're right. And's it's not like for the next several years while commentating on both Klit fights he continually took pot shots much to HBO's ire was it? No you're right.

But you carry on boy. If it makes you feel like a man continue.

"Yes Lewis was clearly very respectful wasn't he" Wouldn't say he was completely disrepectful either but it clearly upset you. Also you complain about the reaction of a man that

    A) Won the fight on cuts
    B) Is being booed by thousands of people
    C) Is being questioned directly immediately after the fight and during the crowd reaction.

You've been questioned on your reasons in this thread and you've already resorted to calling me boy. So I guess under the same circumstances as mentioned above you would have acted in a better manner.

"I mean he didn't talk degradingly about Vitali did he?" Not really the underlying point was rightly or wrongly he thought he was going to beat him anyway. It wasn't even a subtle point but it still seems to have escaped you.

"I should like him shouldn't I?" I didn't say that you should like him as ultimately who cares? Your follow up reasons were weak and in the space of a few words you've come across as a fool.

Try and post something with a bit more substance in future, or if you're really struggling I'd be quite happy to help.

He was boring as ever on EPIX imo. Before the fight he proclaimed "Solis has been down hardly ever in his career" lol. I also thought that he talked about himself a bit too much almost in comparison to Vitali.

He always respected Vitali (like hardly any other fighter, dare I say) and thought much of him. Was just pretending to the media that he's sure how he would destroy him, how he was about to KO him in the actual fight etc. Publicity. Not everyone is as honest as Tyson for example.
