Winky would give anyone a tough fight, Joe C included. That is why Winks is ranked so highly P4p! And BHOP beat Winky clearly, after a 1 year layoff and at the Age of 42. And he did it fighting off the backfoot, and got stronger as the fight went on.

I scored Winky-Taylor 8-4 Winks, he gave JT a boxing lesson. He also won every rd against Ike.

Winky has a decent shot against anyone within reason you can name.

Not against Kessler, Dawson, Mundine and plenty of others.

Yes, all above his natural weight.

And Mundine is a regional titlist, nothing more. Just because he lost to Kessler does not make him a decent opponent.

Pavlik and Abraham could both lose to Winky. Winky can give Pavlik fits, and Abraham's biggest win is against someone who broke his jaw, and in a fight he should have been stopped in. He will never leave Germany, so it may be a dead point.

Mundine is really nothing special, another regional titlist. But as he is natural at 168, you could give him the edge.

Winky has a style that can certainly give Calzaghe fits, but the size of Calzaghe gives him the edge.

None of these guys will stop him though, of that I can assure you.

Exactly. I, for one. would like to take this moment to thank Golden Boy Promotions for always doing things on the up and up, and never resorting to things like fixing fights to suit their needs. Their impeccable integrity is why I know this fight will be square.

An awkward quick mover with high volume plays into Winky's style?:rofl

Suppose you never saw the Soliman fight.

Calzaghe would also just walk through whatever Wright through and would brutalise him.

Not at the rate he is signing up to fight at.! Can't be beat if he doesn't get in the ring.... Whining for a middle weight title shot and has all of 3 fights at that weight, the last over a year ago.

Calzaghe is Euro, need I say more?

Ref took a point away from Hatton for hitting the rope with his glove, Sam Peter never gets a point taken away for hitting behind the head.

I remember feeling like you once. It was Gomez vs Sanchez our guy had beaten Zarate and we all looked to the Sanchez fight as a mere formality, all Gomez had to do was show up no way he could lose!
fight night in round one my guy was all over the floor BRUTALIZED and taken out in 8, Ive never gotten over it. Hopkins is a very real threat, remember that.
