Because unless a guy can take a shot like Marvin Hagler, the boxers chin is "suspect" in his opinion.

I don't and still don't think Cottos chin is bad. If it was bad, he would have been stopped before the 11th round.

He rates Rahman's chin as terrible, although Rahman was able to stop Corrie Sanders and went 20 rounds with David Tua. Rahman might not have Foreman's chin, but it isn't glass either.

The measuring stick shouldn't be the guys who can take the best shots in the world, because those fighters are both special and rare.

See, that's cool. I don't think most Mayweather fans would do that if the case applied to them.

I picked Cotto to win by UD. I'm a huge Cotto fan and I'm upset that he lost however, I am also a fan of Margarito and happy to see him finally have his crowning moment.

I thought Cotto was too smart, slick, and fast for Margarito but I was wrong (however, I was feeling damn good about my prediction the first half of this fight!).

Major props to both fighters who made this fight live up to the hype!!!!!

I think the ones Amsterdam gets wrong are about his over-estimation of skills versus the deployment of those skills and how the deployment of those skills might be affected by the opponents deployment.

Amsterdam is not only a hypocrite, as a previous poster stated regarding his analysis of Andrade whom Amsterdam feels is a PFP fighter, but he's also biased and completely disrespectful.

He still fails to give Margarito credit and he thinks that Pavlik is a sloppy garbage fighter who would lose would get destroyed by Andrade who he feels is on the same level or more skillful than Pavlik.

    This guy is ridiculous.

I don't think he's a bad guy, but some of his predictions are crazy.

Andrade is NOT a P4P fighter, I said he's a 'good fighter, matches well with certain guys like Pavlik and Bute whom are vulnerable to pressure). A big difference.
I give him plenty of credit. Pavlik-Andrade is kind of like Cotto-Margarito stylistically a little bit. Andrade a slower, sloppier pressure fighter with an undentable chin and Pavlik a more technical pressure fighter, though I don't know if Pavlik will be good backing up, he hasn't shown that so far and even showed vulnerability to pressure against gatekeeper Zuniga.

You're wrong more often than I am Caps.
Crazy predictions come from a crazy person.:good
