I'm sorry, but Wlad beats Dave.

Mess with Wlad? Befuddle him? Wlad is a veteran of 50+ heavyweight fight with an extensive amateur pedigree. That will be difficult.

Wlad will start measuring and timing Haye fairly quickly. Even a jab from Wlad will shake Haye to his boots, and he'll start to get worn down. Particularly when Wlad holds and leans on Haye.

So Haye needs to try and knock Wlad out as soon as the bell goes. Give Wlad any chance to settle and it's game over.

You might have just successfully outlined a strategy for beating VITALI. Not sure that's the best strategy for beating WLAD though.

Wlad has never fought anyone like Haye either. Mountains have been moved in boxing before, especially in the heavyweight division and Hayes camp are stategic experts. One thing is for sure, Haye will go in with a game plan. Anyway, we should find out soon enough because talks start tomorrow and since a potential 20m is on the line, this fight will happen :p

Behind the scenes.....The Klits must LOVE David Haye!!

You hit the nail on the head. I don't think Haye has what it takes to take that jab & straight right and I'm 100% certain that Wlad will land it.

Haye needs to turn this to the Heavyweight version of Hagler - Hearns.

Wlad wants to make this Lewis - Tyson

Tyson had the right idea against Lewis. Jump him early and go for the slightly suspect chin. Unfortunately for Tyson, Lewis was tougher and more durable than often given credit for.

Wlad however.....................even Tyson from 2002 quite possibly knocks Wlad out in the first round.

Cmon man, they said that about Valuev and Ruiz but no-one has held or leaned on Haye yet.

Well, I think we both agree that would not be the best approach :good and Lewis' chin was underrated.

Exactly. Willard was just big, slow & clumsy.

It's evident that Ruskull sees what he wants to see. I'm sure when he looks at Wlad he sees an exciting fighter who takes on nothing but worthwhile challenges and who is the greatest HW of all time rivalled only by brother Klit. He probably also sees Wlad as emblematic to the notion of white superiority and supremacy and, quite possibly, sees a man whom he has fallen madly in love with.

Given the way Wlad fights, I see a chump with a niche fanbase who has a beating coming:deal.
