If ever there was a "fight that never happened" where an old fighter was desperately wrong for a younger, quality fighter it's this one.

Using the Buster Douglas loss as an example is unfair. Tyson's life was goin down the shitter then.

And outboxed "over and over again"? They had 2 fights, and we all know what happened in the second. And those of us that have a clue, know what happened in the first fight aswell which led to the biting of the ear in the second bout.

Tyson, in 1990, would of knocked out Foreman.

Mike's size and style was tailor made for Foreman. I really can't see Mike beating prime Foreman and except for a 3-4 year window I can't see Mike easily dealing with old foreman either.

This is the problem with ESB today. Too much focus on fights that actually happened.

Not enough on changing results of real fights, imaginary fights or discussions about the business genius fighters who rarely fight othe good fighters, and arguing the merits of PPV %s.

Get out of here with your pesky facts.

Prime Tyson would have squashed old Foreman and given hell to prime Foreman if not beat him. Ali was just hyping himself through hyping his old rival, this is nothing new.

Even Cus knew the style of a fighter like Foreman wasn't suited for his style or for Mike.

Foreman shatters Tyson's glass heart. Tyson is one giant could-have-been. Foreman was a winner.
