Indongo is no good

No never!!

 

His punches are too wide, his defense is terrible, he wastes too much energy bouncing around, he has no ring IQ whatsoever. Other than that he's just an ok fighter.

 

Makes you wonder how he ever beat three weight legend, Ricky Burns.

 

Crawford does make all his opponents look bad in one way or another.

Maybe Burns and his corner were intimidated by Indongo's record and overbearing athletic appearance and played it too cautious.

In that case, it makes you wonder how Burns ever became a three weight champion.Lol.

 

It's not that Indongo is bad, but he is very rigid in how he fights, which can be good sometimes, but awful if your opponent figures you out. Crawford fought him as a southpaw, which took away a Indongo's bread and butter of being able to sneak in his left hand. Despite Crawford fighting him as a southpaw Indongo didn't make any adjustments and still tried to force what he normally does, which resulted in him getting stopped early.
