Prime for prime, 15 rounds. How does Ingo stack up?

Holmes KO 6-8. Larry is too big, too tough, and too skilled to lose this one. Ingo's only chance is to catch Larry asleep at the wheel. If there is one thing Larry showed time and time again: his ability to recover from being hurt is almost without equal. Ingo has power, but, no more power than Shavers. Larry got absolutely decked by Shaver's Sunday punch, and still rallied to stop Shavers. He would do the same thing to Ingo, only sooner. If Larry doesn't get caught, it will be a systematic, one-sided beating before the stoppage.

The threat of that Bingo would, I would hope, make Holmes be extra vigilant and on top of his game...and if he was, a onesided thrashing would take place, after about 6 rounds of boxing and moving...a few knockdowns and a speedy rescue by the ref for a Holmes tko victory. The other scenario is Ingo getting lucky and decking Larry, or wobbling him, whereby Holmes would proceed to do to the Swede what he did to Shavers and Snipes, but I don't think that would happen.

Holmes might make Ingo "retire" in his corner if the fight is over in Europe/England.

People are right to favour Holmes, but that right hand is going to be dangerous for him.

This is a fight that I would steer him clear of, if he did not particularly need to take it.

Ingo did not have the skills to avoid the Holmes jab and with it does not stand a chance.

Other than my highly respected friend Bummy, will anyone else give Ingo a serious shot ?

Ingo tries to make it a snooze fest by staying out of range only Holmes never bites eats up with the jab and stops him around 6.

I can't see Ingo getting past Holmes jab, and feel by the last third of the bout, Ingo gets KO'd/TKO'd.

Holmes in his prime was a damned tough nut to crack.

I woudn't be surprised to see Holmes hurt, or even on the canvas but Ingo like quite a few others wouldn't have the class to finish Holmes off.

Johansson's power is overrated. He only scored 17 knockouts in his whole career.

Holmes beats him down quickly. Treats him like Leon Spinks.
