Man I fully agree that Donaire was not great at the time he fought Inoue, but that really felt like a Duran/Barkley Duran/Hagler type performance, where he had one great fight left in him and was still a great enough fighter to be great for one more fight.

For me he was great that night, but obviously nowhere near his prime

You don't get a trophy here for being dumb, but have at it.

ADD Bones Adam's, and Paulie Ayala to that list and you have the best 122 pounders of the last 25 years. Great fantasy fights!

most of these are 50-50s or close. i dont think the sluggers have it easy, the only one i truly favour is rigo. inoue has very well balanced footwork but not a ton else, his lead foot can seem heavy when fighters pivot. the japanese idea of footwork is constant placement for attack, neither favouring evasiveness or pressure. i think he would be puzzled by rigos endless movement. rigo would need to be perfect, but has been before, and i dont think even if inoue really got to him once or twice hed even stop him. he also wouldnt be able to make it rough like donaire did when he had his very little success. inoue is very flashy which would likely help but i think hed not find real rhythm against rigo

Well, Inoue is definitely better than Junior Jones, but different styles. Aahh I will just shut the **** up now.

It remains to be seen if he can beat all of them in a mythical H2H match up but he's certainly good enough to give them all a tough fight. Better to wait until his career fully unfolds and retires.
