Maybe, but any "injury" that doesent require surgery should heal relatively quickly allowing him to still fight.
I think Inoue has earned the credibility that if he says he has a shoulder injury then that's what it is unless there is any evidence to the contrary. He does seem to be someone who wants the conditions to be as perfect as possible for a fight. But as long as he delivers these performances that's OK with me.
