Thanks for the videos. I've already watched them on the billiardjay's youtube site, and they've been very helpful. Now I have one question: Don Familton seems to be a great teacher, but in opinion, his pupil in the video seems a bit sloppy and I'm leery of copying his technique. Am I correct in this assessment?

If you are left handed ,fighting a right hander ,keep your weight over your back foot ,allowing yourself to step with your right foot when you jab.Do not take your head out further than your right knee when jabbing.Your jab should land at the same time your head stops over your right knee, giving maximum leverage and velosity at impact ,while not exposing your face to your opponents right hand who will be moving to his own left. into your jab and away from your left hand .Learn to hook off of your jab, with your opponent moving into it.This too will set up your left hand if you keep your head from back to middle of your stance ,allowing you maximum leverage and velosity whle stepping with your left hand and foot.If your right handed opponent moves to his right,he moves directly into your left hand......hope this helps you....God bless....kenny weldon

Kenny Weldons Instructionals are the best in my opinion. He has like three different series. They're really detailed and go from the basics to strategy, from how to hit the various bags to how to train for a specific type of fighter. Highly recommend them. Russ Anber also has some very good instructionals.
[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pr_R2fIzACM[/ame] El Puma...........or whoever knows and info on this exercise. I came across this exercise today in the gym, at the end of my workout. And i was looking to add it into my workout, the only core exercise which i do. Which is the best core workout in my opinion is "Squats". One of my mates, was telling me about this exercise. And he was stating that it identifies you're weak core muscles.... I just want to know if, any of you guys do this exercise. It looks pretty dangerous for you're shoulders in my opinion. "I'm gonna try it anyway.
Can we have the thread name changed to 'instructional VIDEOS'? The misplaced apostrophe just undermines the great content of the thread.
