I'm avidly AGAINST Mistreating and dog fighting AND you can view McClellan however you want as a person but what happened at that event WAS BS!! I've been VERY CRITICAL of Michael Vick, but I dont feel deciding him to be comatose a fair or rational solution.

The type of corrupt, neglectful, and shameful behaviour that makes everyone look BAD, and DEFILES the credibility and respect of everyone involved.

Whatever someone thinks McClellan deserved for the things he did?

I didnt say one should FEEL BAD on a personal level.

My PROBLEM with what took place isnt anything PERSONAL. The outcome was biased and interfered with. That's ****ed in terms of the sport's credibility and respect.

The subsequent mishandling and lack of support for the resultant tragedy is absurd and keep in mind COULD HAPPEN TO ANYONE. I tend to think you might feel a little different if say, Floyd had cotto out in the first round, the ref does what Asaro did, gets Cotto through the round, and Cotto then comes back and leaves floyd basically in a coma?

How would that make you feel??

My point isn't that I'm happy someone was punched into a coma. My point is that I don't feel bad for someone who is in a coma, who was a scumbag when he wasn't. Ok but on the same token its not like mcllelan was doing this to other's people property. If some guy came in my house or in my yard and cut up my dog he is:

a: trespassing
b: robbing me of the money i spent on the dog
c: disrespecting my house
d: will probably get shot and killed because i have the right of self defense on that one not knowing what he would do next.

now if my dog ran loose and some guy found him and killed him. I would probably not be as mad because all he did was:

a: robbing me of the money i spent on the dog (which I cannot really be mad about because the dog got loose and thats on me)

So that comment you made was a terrible analogy. And btw, animals aren't people. We eat animals. We kill animals every day. I dont even think someone should go to jail for fighting dogs. I believe it should be legal.

I did a thread on this already , Julian jackson is quoted as saying that Gerald was Seriously complaining of headache in his dressing room after there fight.

 

Why is it that every time there a thread written about Gerald you ****s always ****ing spam it.

some of us do not share your opinion of Gerald, nor do we share your opinion of Animals over people .

This thread is about Gerold and his injuries he sustained during his career that led to his current state.
