Used to be if you were stopped on a cut (even a headclash) you lost. We were the same for a long while. Thats why a few people had a heart attack the night Dunne fought Faccio. I think we'd only changed our rules that it went to the cards a few months before. Booth looks very ordinary so far. I don't think Marsh is doing anything too flash either just some basic stuff.
yeah booth dont seem up to much tonight.and booth down off balancethough.thanks for clearing that up bam bam
He's in big trouble now. Looking at being 5-6 points behind through 5 rounds here. He's also lucky Marsh isn't much of a puncher. Don't know how many straight rights Marsh has landed
Booth got out of jail there in my opinion. Had him 3 rounds behind with 2 rounds to go. That was definitely inflicted by a head clash so I assume the brits never changed their rules
didnt some1 mention booth as a possible dunne opponent? i dont see anything special in him i reckon dunne would easily outpoint him and possibley a late stoppage tbh.and that rule is stupid
If Dunne is mentally right after losing to Poonsawat he'll box the ears off him all night long. Not hard to hit at all. Marsh is hardly a slick stylist and he didn't find it hard to land on Booth. If a heavier puncher landed that many times cleanly on Booth he'd be busted up badly and probably stopped. Booth has been good lately but that was a pretty poor performance. Good heart and guts brawling his way back into it but nothing slick or polished or eye catching about it
By Maloney Munroe is dropping the European crown. Dunne must be ranked high enough for a crack at the title if he stays at this weight. Booth looks poor and seems to be in a bit of a decline in that preformace I see Marsh winning the rematch.
How you going puca. Well it was standing room only in The Andersontown Leisure Centre, but I don't need to tell you the results as Carlos already has. Do you ever bet on the horses wee man, next time you do I'll go on the wack with you. Seriously it was a fanastic night of boxing with O'kane and Walsh being fight of the night. The 11-3 win for O'kane seemed a bit on the generous side but it was a fair enough result. Donnelly beat Gallagher 6-3 in another humdinger. Other results were Conlon beat Dalton 3-2 Lindberg beat mcCullagh 7-6 after a 3-3 countback O'Hara beat McKenna 8-3 McLaughlin KOed McGinley in 1 McCarthy KOed Mitchel in 1 McMonagle rsc3 Ramsey
hes let them go If rigo wins a world title the contract automatically gets extended, or so is my understanding of the situation I could be wrong
Jesus Carlos you need to jack in the boxing and start gambling for a living. Even if all of those boys were 4/7 it still would have worked out at nearly 60/1 on the payout. If they were all 1/2 it would still have been 40/1 on the payout. You don't fancy telling me if theres anything good running at Kempton tomorrow do you?
Just heard from Gary Hyde, He let the 3 Cuban lads go because it was "No enjoyment just hardship". I can see his point Garcia was a nightmare and would test the patience of a saint, Gary is now free to concentrate on Rigo and is hoping to have Rigo fight for Titles at 118,122 and 126. He has also had an offer from Cabellero's people for a fight with Rigondeaux but he turned it down for now because they wanted it at 124lbs.
