Your more than welcome Puca,Willie McLaughlin won fighter of the championships, and I would go along with that strongly. He's fast, powerful and has knock-out power in both hands. Willie would make a superb pro. David Walsh the losing finalist at middle is one for the future, he was old maned out of by O'Kane this time around, but he should learn by that and come back better. The two Light-welters Donnelly and Gallagher were excellent also. Donnelly showed great boxing ability and a solid chin[ having to stand up to Gallaghers thumping hooks]. Young Conlon at flyweight is a regular Willo the Wisp as he defeated Dalton again, and there is definitely a national senior championship title in this kid if not this year then next.

Rogan was in hospital on Friday , he sent a message of support to the boxers and fans at the Andytown Leisure Centre. In the message he stated that he expects to be back in the ring soon.

was talking to Roggie the weekend-he reckons he will be back in 5months. He had the same op as Rory Best and he played for Ireland-In the front row on Saturday- he also said it was great to see the heavy weight belt back!

Murtagh is definitely out. Keep an eye on Irish-boxing.com for his explanation of what went wrong.
