As much as I'd like to be Im not!

I agree that Murray needs to step up, but everything so far has looked so easy. i think he needs a little more headmovement but he is someone i enjoy watching. I think he has a few more gears to go through and think he can make a big impression in the next year.

yeah... i think a celtic title that all irish boxers can fight for....would be a great idea... as welsh and scottish boxing is very strong as well

Firstly Cormac, it's excellent that Irishboxing.com has been relaunched, and the new format is a marked improvement on the old one. The Irish boxing fan club is long over due, and I'm more than pleased, that someone has eventually initiated it.

Secondly, I have a few questions and observations that I would like to share with you, and I hope you can answer them in time.In terms of new prospects, Gary "spike" O'Sullivan seems to be impressing everyone so far. Two fights, two KOs, it's early days, but I'm looking forward to see how his career develops. Also I read Neil Sinclair impressed on Saturday.Does Peters intend to keep him busy, and try to secure him a crack at the British title. The news from Breens gym is Sinclair is fully focused and hungry again. Cormac, it would be a shame, if his talent wasn't put to proper use. Finally I noticed that Setanta is sponsoring the Paddy Hyland promotion on the 19th of April. Does that mean Setanta Ireland will be broadcasting the event? As much as I want RTE to spearhead the broadcasting of Irish boxing, it would be superb if Setanta could throw some money in the direction of our other Irish promoters, such as Hyland, Pa Collins, Gary Hyde or Team Allio. All these promoters could do with the assitance.

I am liking the way people keep talking about a ***an v Murray fight - Murray is a classy wee fighter but doesnt appear to have the power - ***an would destroy him imo - could change in a couple of years as Murray develops

oh yeah - get joining the fan club - its free - http://www.irish-boxing.com/pages/fanclub.html - I am member number 1!!

It looks like a great card Goldenboy.

Martin Lindsay was due to fight on Steve Molitier undercard in Canada, but there is no evidence of this in boxrec.
