Fra normally Id agree with you but Ryan has a chin :deal

He just better be ready for a runaway freight train from hell if this fight gets made

It would be a real coup if the "Cash Cow of Irish Boxing" could stop ryan inside the distance

Thanks for the link and update. Brilliant start to Jamie's pro career, I am really hopeful he will develop into top class fighter - he cant be in a better gym to do that. :good

Hope you got home alright with all the volcano ash disruption, I know a couple of people that had to wait an extra day to get home....

Middleweight Khoren Gevor (31-4-0, 16KOs) will remain under an exclusive contract with Universum's boxing stable. Khoren Gevor said: "I have a lot planned and I am convinced that there is no better promoter to help me reach my goals. Universum was always a fair and reliable partner for me and they always complied with our agreements. I am glad that we are working together. " Sebastian Zbik
Universum-Promoter Klaus-Peter Kohl: "After Khoren had indicated that he would like to stay with us further, we did not hesitate. He had some great battles and more great fights that have the potential to become classics are possible with him. We look forward to July 17 for a fight between Zbik and Gevor to which both boxers immediately agreed. "
Gevor goes for a world title fight under the Universum banner for the third time. In 2007 he was defeated by former world champion Arthur Abraham in a great fight. In 2009 he lost to Felix Sturm. After his clear victory in January 2010 against the Brazilian Jeferson Luiz Goncalo, he now has his big chance to be world champion at middleweight. The fight is for July 17, 2010 at the Sports and Convention Hall in Schwerin, Germany. Sebastian Zbik (29-0-0, 10KOs) has had the WBC interim-middleweight title since 2009. This tense duel will be broadcast live on ZDF.

This leaves it wide open for Lee and Barker to get it on:happy:happy:happy

Eric - before you dash off:

    1. Do Northern Ireland viewers still get Setanta Ireland - I had Setanta until they went bust in the UK and then cancelled my subscription......

    2. Are you planning to show any live irish fights or other?

    Thanks:good

Viewers in Northern Ireland can still get Setanta Ireland. The bosses are constantly looking at the fights and events out there and if they make sense financially then they will try to cover them. Sorry for being a bit bland but I dont want to speculate over the internet. But you can be sure that when we do have something to announce, you guys will hear it first!!!

would you like me to grab yours instead princess :hey

You're abotu 4 months behind Paddy for giving me stick for being a nuthugger. And to be fair I think anyone who half knows me realises that its all a semi joke (oh look I said semi too!)

Anyway, as Ardy will tell you, I'm an unrepentent Bernard Dunne nuthugger first and foremost!

So to sum up, not only are you unoriginal you're late with it too. You're the Irish Boxing thread version of Knots Landing to Paddys, Falcon Crest :good
