I would say it is very unlikly this year. If the Kahn fight happens in the UK on July 31st i would say that there is a good chance he will get on the card

The Spiceburger Cyclone! :good Man its a great venue - I know no one will ever probably get to go there because its not exactly a mecca of boxing but the hall is ace for boxing. If you think that the crowd was against Lawler there then you should have heard them earlier when two debutants, "the Bennett Brothers", took to the ring. They went fúckin mental and considering those on the balcony sides could almost reach into the ring - intimidating.
