You bet alot of hard work went into it. Prob 40+ hrs for a $500 commission. It ain't worth it!!!:tired A plumber comes over to install a new water heater. It takes him 2 hrs & he charges $300. To do something anyone can learn to do. Painting the way I do, not everybody can learn to do that. :-(
