    its good news that darren sutherland has finallly decided his professional future...but does anyone no if his first fight will b on sky...im asking this as sky tend 2 televise boxing on fridays...yet darrens first fight is on a thursday:good

    Theres no listing of it yet, but I would be hopeful that his fight would screened live on Sky, although I'm considering going to to the show.:think

    got to say im not a fan of darrens.His pro future was sorted when he won his quater bout in china .From there on he didnt care.he lost a easy olympic gold medal Barnes cursed like a ***** when he lost his chance daren smiled and thought of the $$$$.Enough said..
    For the record i am not one of the thousands that booed darren in his last four national stadium apperances.

    I think Lee is due to fight in Limerick around November/December

    How is Mike Sweeney doing these days? I saw him fight here in Boston last March. He was trying to lose weight so he could fight, eventually, at lightheavyweight.

    Yeah, hes been training in Belfast with John Breen, and is now campaigning at lightheavy.Sweeney is due to fly out to the states, were he will have talks with Banner Pomotions. Mike is hoping to base himself in America.:hi:
