Not long home from london over watching timseys fight which was a complete disaster. It was the best ive seen him in training and hardest he ever trained as a pro but put in his worst performance! Dont like making excuses but he hurt his left hand again in second round and just never got going, even with one hand he could've done alot better. He's finally getting the operation on his arm to remove a piece of chipped bone in elbow which he should've got sorted a long time ago!! Genuinely think he can come back ten times better than that performance and cant wait to see him back in ring with full bill of health!! and hopefully after a couple fights back he can rematch conquest and put things right!

Luke Wilton is improving rapidly and hopfully will get a crack at a british or commonweath title soon. Debutant James Tennyson stood out as the most impressive on the undercard.
Matthew Macklin vs Joachim Alcine This one is a pretty damn good fight in my opinion and slipped under the radar somewhat. Our man in Vegas (RIP Paddy) caught up with Matthew to watch him train and afterwards talked about the Joachim Alcine fight, hooking up with Buddy McGirt, the rest of the Middleweight division & the All-Ireland hurling finals. http://www.boxing-ireland.com/news/...fight-and-breaking-the-middleweight-division/ [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ro70Eoend-s[/ame]

Great news for Irish boxing to get such a high level fight. Ye ****s up in Belfast are spoilt for boxing. That's two terrific fights lined up for the next few months. Casey v Galahad for the undercard? :hey
Casey would definately be better than half the lads Hyland has fought so far. Reckon Hyland's body shots will take it out of Case, though.
Where are they holding the dub show?? Someone was on last week saying the national stadium would be too small for a card that had Casey and Fitz.......I think they may be overestimating the pulling power of the two boys, I think it would sell well at the stadium and at least the hall would be full.
Dublin will have its own bill on Nov 3rd! If you want big bills in Dublin I suggest ye Dubs show your support for small ones first! From little acorns do mighty oaks grow!
