What do you guys know about Paul Hyland? I sat with him in a box at the Cotto-Mosley fight. One of my dad's clients that is also a former boxer and a current trainer I believe invited him to go. Hyland was really nice and friendly. He seemed like a great guy. I don't know too much about him and was wondering what you all think about him.

Paul Hyland is youngest of three professional boxing brothers from Dublin.Paul is undefeated with a 9-0 [4TKO] tally.I personally beleive bantamweight Paul to be the best prospect among the Hyland brothers, and with the right committment to the sport could go places.Young Hyland needs to fight more often, but he hasn't boxed since last July, for what reason for this inactivity, I don't know. Maybe someone else can answer that.

Not sure I would go along with that. I saw Paul in his second fight and didnt like his attitude - maybe I got him wrong because he was hyped to be fighting infront of his mates and family but there was touches of the Darren Sutherlands about him. Again I could have got him wrong.

I've only seen Eddie once - and it was his only loss - it was on SKY - he was woeful

Aint seen Patrick yet but he seems to be coming on well

Big fight for Andy Lee this Friday. What do you guys think? Vera is okay. Watched him on The Contender so at least he should have some sort of american fanbase. I've only seen Lee fight twice so I'm excited for this Friday.

I agree. I'm surprised Steward pulled out the Pavlik card this early. Lee appears to need a little seasoning. He is a great prospect though. Any Irish Boxing Fan has to be estatic about his potential.

Gary O'Sullivan, Patrick Hyland and Jon O'Brien all won by KO. Michael Sweeney drew over 4rds.

I think Vera is the right opponent now, for Lee's development.Steward isn't totally serious about Lee fighting Pavlik yet, but he knows if you mention Lee's name as a potential Pavlik foe, then it will raise his mans profile.
