    I know.

It wouldn't be so bad if he tried to make a case for Vitali, with his solid chin and punch output. But??????????????

You can just imagine Ali dancing, then changing direction, and completely off balance throwing a lightning fast right hand lead into Vlads face, and the Ukraine thinking FVCK this, and going into his defensive shell. It would be a mismatch.

There is a case for the 65 - 67 Ali that could dance and avoid getting hit cleanly out pointing any Heavyweight in history. I don't believe it personally, but I can understand why other folks do.

May I see some of your all-time list?

(Editor note) Please ignore my request. I do not want to see you list on second thought. I wish I could delete my response.

Are you saying you don't think Ali can be rated in the top 10 HWs, or that you don't think Ali can be rated in the top 10 P4P?

Again, it depends on what you're looking for in your P4P criteria. Ali has a fair number of "flaws" in his game(the biggest one being an almost non-existent body attack imo), but if you translate his attributes to any given weight he's gotta be in the top ten P4P. Prime Ali had near otherworldly hand and foot speed compared to his competition and combined that with ridiculous toughness, heart, and stamina.

Yes, most definitely. In my opinion, Ali doesn't have the quality of wins necessary to justify his reputation.

he was the greatst interview i ever saw regardless of sport, or field of entertainment

supposedly with an IQ of 67, could hold his own in a coversation with lawyers of anyone else

and never came across as boring as with today's sports personalities; just so BORING!

even crazy people on interviews are so drab

as a fighter, I've seen better tho. Personally, I have him top 25

An IQ of 67 is in the mentally ******ed range. I seriously doubt Ali was that unintelligent...

Elroy, on the other hand.... :think

He was as intelligent as most. Coming out with 'foot in mouth' comments is no reflection on a person's intellect.

I find it suspect also. I got it from a who's who of IQs

    here's a few interesting ones:

    Andy Warhol IQ of 86

    Bobby Czyz 140

Dolph Ludgren - 160 which i can believe becuz of his line of work when he's not doing Sylvester Stallone movies (Chem. Eng)

    Albert Einstein 160

    James Woods 195

Marilan vos Savant highest recorded IQ of 228 though that too is suspect becuz of the way she tripped up on a physics question regarding a topic on momentum

Goyourownway - Iq of 60 (dumb personal trainer/stalker)

Rating Ali #1 p4p is overrating IMV. I do have him in my top 10 though. Remember it's easy to confuse famous with quality. He was a huge star and there may be an Ali halo around some of his opponents.
