How could Chagaev ever be considered top 10?
He could only eek out a majority decision against Vladimir Virches. Slow, plodding VV was able to be effective against Chagaev.
    An SD over Ruiz?
    That's it.
After Holyfield EMBARRASSED Valuev, Chagaev only getting another majority decision over Valuev means nothing. 28 year old Chagaev eeked out an MD over Valuev....
    while 40+ Holyfield embarrassed him.
Jimmy Thunder would have smoked this joke.

It is over. I cannot believe that Universum Boxpromotion and german boxing organisation are so corrupt.

Giving Chagaev an licence, it is a shame.

Chagaev has had Hepatitis for years.

He pulled out of fighting Sultan Ibragimov becuase of health ailments from this. And he had Hepatitis even before that.

If they actually found this hepatitis then there is no question. His career is over. And if not over then surely a great trauma . He gets stripped from his belt
Today in about 3 hours , everybody meets in Helsinki to decide
    Let's see!

Listen to this video at 5:50. This is way back to 2003 and Steve Albert is mentioning that Chagaev had hepatatis. A lot of people knew this for years. I don't know how these commissions test bloodwork, but it hasn't been working.
