    With Ward moving up to 175lbs I don't think you can make a case againts him being the number one fighter at 168....

    agreed late stoppage for Carl but as Carl is not active atm....

    Yes i was thinking late stoppage.

    There is nothing stopping Degale dominating that division now

    Degale always would of whooped Froch and made him look silly in the process. All about styles.

    for the first 8 rounds then when froch catches up with him as James tires and gets comfy on the ropes ... then i feel it would be night night chunky ..... would be a great fight to watch ....anyone think this could bring Carl outta retirement ?? chance to be no1 in the division, something he has never been able to claim?

    Being number 1 by default doesn't have the same ring to it.

    Carl had his chance and ran away from the Ward rematch.

    No word of a lie I am with Prince Patel who was sparring Jason Booth and Carl and Lee Froch are in the gym loooool.

    how would it be default thats a massive bit of disrespect to every fighter in the SMW division. If ward is no longer at that weight it aint default ... If Ward had simply retired early or could still make SMW but moved up i could see you point but i dont think Ward can get down to 168 anymore.

    I suppose at the end of the day it will always come down to one thing ... how many £££'s

    If you don't know, then everything you said before is it rubbish.

    Fact is Ward wanted the fight, Froch didn't.
