People keep saying he's improved and improving,
He did improve after the AJ fight but this is him, he isn't going to get any better now.

He'll have a couple more big (ish) fights but will fall short again, he simply isn't that good of an operator, unfortunately for him and his fans dillian has reached his ceiling.

Of course he is not a journeyman. Dropped down the pecking order for sure but Journeyman? No.

LOL boxing fans and their fickleness. Guy loses two fights in his career, one against a to be unified champion and another to a decade long too 5 and hes a journeyman. Hilarious.

Guy is still a top ten contender. I have a feeling OP doesnt know what a journeyman is.

One loss does not define a man, it's about how he comes back from it.

Of course he's not a journeyman, moron of a thread starter.

Wouldn't even call him a gatekeeper, since thus far only the very best fighters have been able to beat him, and former world champions have lost to him. That's one hell of an exclusive gate he's guarding if so.

Whyte's a solid top ten fighter in the same sort of echelon as Parker, Ruiz, Wilder, Hunter, Rivas etc. He'll be back and beating a few more top ten guys before his career is through.

He has dropped from contender to fringe contender, but he's not yet a gatekeeper and is very far away from being a journeyman.

Exactly. He could become a journeyman with another loss or two, but right now, he's still a contender.
