I think Mayweather vs JCC would be a pickem type fight? I might fall off the fence and pick JCC if forced, but I wouldn’t bet on this either way.

In regards to Castillo I had Floyd winning 115-111 and the 2nd isn’t really controversial. We just reviewed this fight a couple of months ago with 6 cards for Floyd and 4 for Castillo? Close fight but I felt Floyd took it.

As an add on I believe both of these fights were at 135 rather than 130....not sure it factors that much into my opinion of Floyd at 130

Since the inception of the 130 division, he's the best head to head.

He's got the best single performance at 130lbs against his most relevant contemporary, so that alone makes him worthy of consideration.

Floyd loses, and Chavez also beats him here as does Saddler.

My point is both fights were very close. Now Chavez is better than Castillo. You do the maths

Too many variables to pick a best. Example, I know of a certain Panamanian lightweight from the 70's that probably would be able to take off another 5 pounds if he fought in this era of day before weighs.

A prime early to mid 70's Duran would probably make 130 if he fought in this era and would have my vote as the best at 130. Floyd definitely is in the conversation.

Duran was troublesome at 130. He did beat (young) Ernesto Marcel.
