Trainers and fighters always say that their recent training camp is their best that has nothing to do with lying everyone does this. But Roach says other things which are BS

Berestain also said dela Hoya has the best training camp. I have no problem with training saying that. I don't any traininer in his right mind would say he had a bad training camp.
