Is Hand Wraps are important to wear while training ?

    If you hit even halfway hard you need wraps. If hand wraps are causing you injuries then you need to wrap your hands a different way. One method of wrapping hands does NOT fit all.

    I always wrapped my hands before training though..you only will need it for bag work; & sparring. Use reusable hand-wraps. For a live match use one use hand wrapping.
    Some good answers here I noticed. Some truly novice people in boxing asking questions here too.
