Is Hatton an ELITE fighter today?

    Come on get real, Never was never will be elite, unless we want to water down the meaning of the word. As far as I saw all he did was Rush, Hold and Hit, could never figure out why he never got points deducted or DQed!

    He's not the only fighter to gain weight in between fights, MANY other great fighters did including Erik Morales.

    The word Elite is mentioned every day on this board and probably doesn't mean the same for everybody anymore.....

    Elite = Selected few

    Is Hatton one of the selected few??? NO

    Hatton has been a boxer who has been capable of doing a few good things but that doesn't make him one of the best or ELITE for that matter, not even at his own weight class....

    Did Morales ever do it to the extent Hatton does while he was fighting?
